Chiba Prefecture Real Estate Data Platform
BayMap is a specialized data platform focused on Chiba Prefecture — the region we call Tokyo Side. We aggregate and analyze public real estate transaction records, government statistics, and municipal open data to help people make informed decisions about living, visiting, and investing in Chiba.
Chiba is home to Narita International Airport, world-class surf spots, and some of the best cost-performance residential areas near Tokyo. Despite this, it remains one of the most undervalued prefectures in Japan. BayMap exists to change that — by making Chiba's data transparent, accessible, and useful.
Our data covers 54 municipalities, 200+ train stations, and thousands of condominium buildings across the prefecture. Every number on our site is sourced from official public records — primarily MLIT (Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism) transaction data, Cabinet Office regional statistics, and prefectural open data portals.
